Instructions

Divide the Parmesan cheese into 8 equal parts.

Formed of small piles, spaced, directly onto the baking paper lined.

Bake the cheese at 220 degrees for about 5 minutes.

When you see the piles, widening, they look like Golden and soft wafers, blank.

Be careful not to Brown too much because it would become love.

Remove the wafers from oven and gently appoggiatele the rolling pin, so take a curved shape.
