Instructions
Beat in a bowl 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk with sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon.
Sift in fontana, on board the flour with the yeast, make a recess in the Center, pour in beaten eggs and very swollen, just melted butter and warm milk: knead.
The dough should be soft and smooth swells.
Divide the ball into many small pieces, formed as many Donuts and emerge them in boiling water, a few at a time, so that they do not overlap.
Just go back to the surface, drain with a ladle and place them on a buttered oven.
Decoratele with pine nuts, pressing them because they adhere well and brush the surface of each with the remaining yolk.
Put them in the oven already warm, at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
