Instructions
Halve the melons for largo; dig the pulp, leaving a layer of about 1 cm under the skin (to be kept!).
Liquidize the pulp, then filter through a sieve and use only the most dense.
Mix it with yoghurt, sugar cane and limoncello.
Leave in the fridge for about 4 hours.
