Tasty chicory
Instructions
Peel, wash and drip dry the chicory.
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water.
Then, barely cooked, drain and squeeze well.
In a pan, where previously you did melt the butter, sauté the garlic, peeled and lightly crushed and join the sprig of thyme.
Join one of its regular chicory and let it skip, mixing continuously with a wooden spoon so they marinate evenly.
Season with salt and two tablespoons of Parmesan.

- 1000 g of chicory salad
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of parmigiano
- Salt
