Pineapple cream
Instructions
Beat the yolks to foam with sugar and add the rice and cream, stirring, pour flush the hot milk.
Very low simmer for 15 minutes, stirring with a whisk.
Remove from heat and season with the kirsch.
Pour the cream into a serving dish, arrange over pineapple and cherry 1 in the center of each slice.
Melt the jam with 1 tablespoon kirsch and 2 of water, pour it over the pineapple.
Serve cool.

- 50 cl of milk
- 40 g of rice cream
