Melt chocolate in double boiler with butter and honey and then add sugar.
Stir well and remove from the water, then add the cream and finely chopped hazelnuts.
With the wetlands formed balls too big and not rotolatele in colored sprinkles.
Keep them a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.
