Instructions
Remove the outer foil and onions the hardest shells.
Cut them in half horizontally and remove.
Place the onions in a pan greased.
Chop their pulp with parsley.
Put it in a bowl and add cheese, breadcrumbs, raisins soaked previously, pine nuts, salt, pepper and mix the ingredients.
Put a tablespoon of filling into each bowl of onion, sprinkle with oil, put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 handful of parsley
- 2 teaspoons of sultanas
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
