Oriental onions
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté finely sliced onions in 2 tablespoons oil, add a little hot water where it was disbanded on curry and simmer for about 15 minutes, turning often.
Add the bean sprouts and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
