Instructions

Blanch the onions, cut them in half, Brown and cook in for 5 minutes. Clean and wash the radicchio and saute with 1/2 onion. Drizzle over pecorino. Remove the onions from oven and fill with filling of cheese and radicchio. Bake for another 10 minutes and serve.
