Instructions
In a saucepan filled with water, boil sausages and various privatel of skin.
Meanwhile, Peel the onions, rinse under running water, dry them with paper towels and scottatele for about 5/6 minutes in salted boiling water.
Soon after, drain, cut them in half horizontally and svuotatele of the pulp in order to derive the bowls.
In a skillet, melt the butter and pour peas that will stand for about 10 minutes.
Next, using a mixer, blend for a few seconds the flesh of onions, peas, sausage, olive oil extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper until you have a puree, which will join the chopped parsley.
Mix carefully and transferred into equal parts the mixture into each bowl.
Place them in a greased baking oil, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and cook in the oven already warm for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve hot immediately.

- 4 large white onions
- 200 g of boiled peas al dente
- 2 frankfurters
- 1/2 teaspoon of tomato
- Chopped parsley
- Butter
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
