Curried stuffed onions
Instructions
Peel the onions, place in a lightly oiled baking dish, covered with a sheet of wax paper and then with one of aluminum, and cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
In a pan heat the oil then garlic, peeled and crushed, and the chili.
Add the lentils, rinse under running water, and Cook, stirring, for about a minute.
Squirt then with the hot broth, in which melted the curry, add salt, pepper to taste and cook for about 15 minutes, until the cream (add a little warm water if necessary if the preparation tends to dry out too much).
Remove the garlic and chilli.
When cooked, let it cool the onions, then gently inside privatel, finely triterete.
Add the proceeds to the cream of lentils and stir well Filled the onions with the prepared stuffing, place on a baking tray, pepper to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.

- 4 white onions
- 150 g of red lentils

- 20 cl of vegetable broth
