Onion stuffed with rice
Instructions
Blanch for 10 minutes Peel onions in boiling salted water.
Drain and remove the core.
Brown rice well in 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 4 tablespoons butter, then add the parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin.
Fill the onions with the rice, place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil and butter and cook them in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 12 rather large onions
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of cumin seeds
