Sage onions
Instructions
Chop the bacon, put it in a pan with a little oil and let it cook until it becomes transparent.
Add the spring onions (they sell vacuum-packed already clean) and Sage leaves.
Add salt and let Brown lively flame, then lower the heat, add half a glass of water and simmer in covered container for half an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of scallions
- 60 g of bacon
- 5 leaves sage
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
