Strawberry clafoutis
Instructions
Wash away, wash strawberries and dry them thoroughly.
Sift the icing sugar in a bowl then add the eggs and whisk them.
Stirring always incorporate the flour first, then 1 tablespoon of rum and, finally, the lukewarm milk.
Mix well the mixture.
Butter a baking dish and pour in the mixture.
Cover with strawberries and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Let cool and spolverizzarlo with sweet vanilla sugar before serving.

- 500 g of strawberries
- 100 cl of milk
- 130 g of icing sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- Butter
