Instructions

Cut the pineapple horizontally in half.

With a spoon, remove the pulp leaving the shell intact.

Cut the flesh into small cubes, as well as that of other fruits.

Mix, sweetened, sprinkle with a glass of champagne and two glasses of brandy.

Put in fridge macedonia and the two "shells" of pineapple.

Just before serving, fill them with fruit and diced, above, formed a dome with the vanilla ice cream that can be bought or made at home.

On a serving dish and spread a layer of crushed ice, lean over the pineapple and serve.
