Lobster Cocktail (Cocktail di Astice)
Instructions
Bring to the boil 3 litres of water, with the carrot and onion.
Add salt and boil for 10 minutes, then drain them lobster, let it cool and privatel carapace retaining even the flesh of the claws.
With the egg, oil, and salt prepared mayonnaise.
Join the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper Vodka, ketchup, vinegar, cream and mix.
2 cups lined with lettuce leaves, put the lobster cut into thick slices an inch and a half and the pulp of the claws.
Cover completely with the sauce and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 lobster of 500 g
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vodka
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of whipped
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 8 leaves of lettuce salad
- Cayenne pepper
