Polpelmo and crab cocktail
Instructions
Peel the Grapefruits are cool; cut them into slices and then into small pieces, the brittle, crumbly crab meat boiled and left to cool (or canned; in this case, sgocciolatela well and cartilaginous parts core), then split crab and grapefruit in Crystal cups.
Mix a large cup of homemade mayonnaise or purchased in jars with a tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon vinegar and a few drops of tabasco.
Pour the sauce into the cups and mix very gently.
Keep in a cool place before serving.

- 4 ripe grapefruits
- 200 g of crab meat
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Tabasco
