Pineapple fillings
Instructions
Halve the pineapple lengthwise so that each party remains stuck a few leaves.
Extract the pulp, eliminating the Woody parts and cut it into pieces.
Peel the fruit, slice bananas and kiwi slices and divided citrus segments.
Put the prepared fruit in 1 Bowl, sprinkle with sugar and liqueur and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Fill the pineapple with ice cream and cover them with the prepared fruit.

- 3 pineapple
- 1 orange
- 2 bananas
- 2 mandarins
- 3 kiwi
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of grand marnier
- 500 g of vanilla ice cream
