Easter dove
Instructions
Beat the sugar with the butter and add the egg yolks; pour the flour slowly joining the grated lemon rind and milk.
Meanwhile, whip the egg whites of eggs that will join last slowly so that it does not unmount user.
Add the small pieces of candied fruit after they have been floured lightly.
Finally add the salt and baking powder.
Pour everything into a mold for doves, well buttered, and cook in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
Baked, sprinkle the Dove with vanilla sugar.

- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 250 g of flour
- 1 grated lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g of diced candied fruit
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
