Green shells
Instructions
Cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes, green beans and peas; toward the end of cooking add the pasta.
Put the chopped mozzarella soup tureen, pour over hot pasta with vegetables.
Add a bit of butter and plenty of grated cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta shells
- 100 g of great green beans
- 50 g of peas
- 1/2 mozzarella
- Butter
- Parmigiano
