Tinsel to silveria
Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into very small cubes, place in a bowl along with the peeled tomatoes, deprived of seeds and sliced tiny; combine the garlic pressed with garlic press, or finely chopped.
Add the oil, salt and chopped basil, parsley, mint, walnut and pine nuts.
Sprinkle with oregano and marjoram, mix well and let it sit for at least two hours.
Just the tinsel are cooked al dente, drain and place in Bowl; stir and add the grated Parmesan.
Who likes it, will add to its portion of the right dose of chilli oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of tinsel-type pasta
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some leaves of parsley
- Leaf 1 of mint
- 1 walnut
- 5 pine nuts
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of marjoram
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of unrefined sea salt
- Pepper oil (optional)
