Tamarind dressing
Instructions
Dissolve the salt in the vinegar, add the tamarind and pepper.
Mix with the oil.
Used to flavor salads of vegetables, meat, fish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind extract
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pizzichino of pepper
