Instructions
Clean and wash the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and put them in a pot, along with the lemon peel.
Stir in the fruttapec.
Bring to a boil and boil for about a minute, stirring all the time, and only now, gradually add sugar.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly boil for 12 minutes to fire.
Then remove the lemon peel.
Remove from heat and stir for about a minute then dissolve the foam.
To taste flavor with cinnamon or cloves.
Pour the hot jam into jars and cups and close tightly.
Invert the jars for 5 minutes.
