Pumpkin jam
Instructions
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into slices and put it to cook for 5-10 minutes to steam or in a pot with 2 glasses of water.
Drain, allow to cool, then pass the pumpkin to the blender and put it back in the pot.
Add the fruttapec and lemon juice, or to taste, 3 tablespoons of rum.
Bring to a boil and boil for about a minute, stirring continuously and is only now gradually add sugar.
