Instructions

Cut the rabbit into pieces, taking care to rinse well, dry, sprinkle with flour and fry them in a pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped herbs.

When I wet your hair coloured with a glass of white wine, leave to evaporate, add the chopped onion and garlic, then add salt and pepper.

Squirt with a bit of broth and Cook, stirring every now and then.

About half cooked add the peppers cut into quarters.

Before serving sprinkle with rosemary leaves and Sage.
