Duck à l'Orange (6)
Instructions
Clean the duck and arrostitela until golden.
When cooked remove from roasting pan and cooking sauce, pour the juice of an orange.
Let boil, then keep sauce warm.
Apart from put the sugar cubes and a shot of vinegar in a pan and cook over a fire; Add the roast juice, juice from two oranges and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and tasty with bits of Orange rind, you have scalded in boiling water, and the shot of curacao.
Let it warm up.
Put the duck into pieces in a plate, garnish with orange wedges and pour the sauce over.
