Instructions

In a pan heat the oil with the Rosemary and whole garlic cloves.

Add the rabbit pieces.

When is a colorful, add salt, pepper and pass the Pan in the oven.

Bake in moderate heat for an hour.

Stir from time to time.

Place the rabbit on the serving dish and serve.

Accompanying wines: Valpolicella DOC, Rosso Piceno DOC, DOC Donnici.
