Grilled rabbit
Instructions
In a small bowl stir 3 tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice, chopped garlic, Sage, one teaspoon of salt and one freshly ground pepper.
Then brush the rabbit pieces with the rest of the oil and always coil them with slices of bacon.
Place on the grill and let them roast on all sides with the burning charcoal; then turn up the grill and continue cooking for 25-30 minutes, turning them until they and brushing often with the emulsion.
Before removing the pieces of rabbit fire check cooking poking at a skewer in the flesh: If the liquid that emerges is transparent is cooked.
Remove then from the grill and serve immediately.

- 1 young rabbit cut into 4 pieces
- 100 g of bacon sliced
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of chopped dried sage
- Salt
- Pepper
