Rabbit in sparkling wine
Instructions
Rinse and dry the rabbit pieces.
Saute the garlic, Rosemary and bay leaf in a little oil and butter.
Add the rabbit and let it season and Brown time often.
Season with the salt, wet with the sparkling wine, and cook over low heat for about 1 hour.
