Marinate for 30 minutes in lemon juice the rabbit into pieces and artichokes cut into quarters.
Remove from marinade and season them in a pan with onions and oil.
Join the wine; evaporate; salt.
Simmer with a little water.
Remove rabbit and artichokes from pan; dissolve the anchovy fillets with lemon juice; add chopped garlic and parsley and thicken with a little flour.
Pour the sauce over rabbit.
