Rabbit pan
Instructions
Wrecking a skinned rabbit, clean it, wash it, dry it, rub it with salt and pepper and FRY in 50 g of butter.
Add chopped onions, 2 2 celery sticks, 1 carrot, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 chilli.
Season with a pinch of powdered cloves and thyme.
Sprinkle with 1 cup of water and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
Add 2 cups of broth in which they were dissolved 2 tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Bake for another hour, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.

- 2 cups of broth
- 2 tablespoons of flour

- Lemon juice
