Sirloin pizzaiola
Instructions
Brown very well in oil slices of meat, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped garlic, tomatoes and oregano.
Cover and cook on moderate fire for 20 minutes about combining, if necessary, a few tablespoons of hot water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of sirloin steak cut into slices
- 600 g of ripe tomatoes peel and semi private
- 100 g of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper
