Apple cup in vanilla cream
Instructions
Wash the apples, cut them into 4 wedges, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
1 melt the butter in a pan and, when it is bubbling add the sliced apples.
Toss them for 4 minutes, spolverizzarle with cane sugar, and when they start to caramelize, pour the Whiskey.
Spread half the apples into 4 glasses, covering them with vanilla cream cold well, complete with apples and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 apples
- 40 cl of ready-made vanilla cream
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 20 g of butter
- 1/2 shot of whisky
