Frozen fruit cup
Instructions
Work the ricotta.
Beat with a whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, stir in the ricotta cheese, 1 small glass of rum and pine nuts or chopped pistachios.
Mix the ingredients and put the mixture into the ice cream maker or, if you prefer a non-icy cream in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Peel the cloves of full bleed Orange, kiwi slices and reduce banana and halve the strawberries.
Serve the fruit with ice cream.

- 400 g of fresh ricotta
- 4 egg yolks
- Rum
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 orange
- 50 g of pine nuts (or pistachios)
- 2 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 1 trash of strawberries
