Instructions
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a Bain-Marie with 5 tablespoons water and condensed milk.
When the cream is smooth, combine coffee, rum and sugar and let cool.
Add 400 g of cream, pour into bowls and place in freezer for 1 hour.
Before serving garnish with remaining cream and wafers.

- 500 g of fresh cream whipped
- 200 g of bitter chocolate cover
- 1 tablespoon of strong espresso coffee
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 120 g of condensed milk
- Sugar
- 8 waffles
