Amaretto cups
Instructions
Prepare ' vanilla ice cream (see recipe).
Finely pounded amaretti (keep by four for the final decoration) and roll them into balls in a bowl with a shot of liquor, when you have a homogeneous mash, add the prepared base, stirring well with a wooden spoon.
Then pour everything in the ice cream maker and keep in the freezer for the time necessary to curdling the mixture.
When the ice cream is ready, divide it into four balls, cups.
Amaretti kept wet by the liquor remained and place one in the center of each cup of ice cream.
Serve immediately.

- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 2 cups of amaretto liqueur
