Instructions
Grind the amaretti and blending with the ricotta, sugar and liqueur.
Divide the mixture into four bowls and put them in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Before serving, Garnish each bowl with a marron glacé.

- 400 g of ricotta
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 dram of amaretto liqueur
- 4 marrons glacés
