Instructions
Prepare coffee ice cream base according to recipe directions.
Place to cool in the freezer four dessert goblets wide goblet.
Meanwhile densely mounted the cream (which should be very cold), then add the icing sugar.
Coarsely crumble the biscuits.
Remove the bowls from the freezer and place on the bottom of each layer of coffee ice cream, levelling with the back of a spoon.
Place on a layer of ice cream biscuits crumbs and sprinkle with rum.
Make another layer of ice cream and a cookie.
Place the bowls in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cups decorated with whipped cream and sprinkle with powdered coffee.
Serve immediately.

- 1 coffee ice cream (see recipe)
- 25 cl of whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 8 biscuits savoiardi
- Rum
- Coffee powder
