Instructions
Boil and switch to 500 g chestnut potato masher; blend the past with the mascarpone, icing sugar, cocoa and rum.
Split in cups by pouring over a pan of Spain with rum.

- 500 g of chestnuts
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 25 g of bitter cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of rum
