Delicate cups to two colors
Instructions
Prepare the ' cherry Sorbet ', following the indications of the recipe specifies.
Refrigerate four deep enough cups and set them aside until ready to use.
Meanwhile, whip the cream.
Now distributed on the bottom of each cup a layer of at least 3 cm of cherry sorbet.
On this place a layer of cherry and finished with a layer of ice, which guarnirete with cream and with some black cherry.
Keep in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- 1 cherry sorbet (see recipe)
- 250 g of whipping cream
- 1 jar of black cherries in syrup
