Chestnut cup
Instructions
Put white chestnuts in cold water for a few hours.
Cook them and pass them through a sieve.
Add sugar, cocoa, milk, 1 small glass of rum, the candied sliced and mix until obtaining a cream.
Put 2 large tablespoons to each Cup and cover with the zabaglione.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 300 g of white chestnut
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- Milk
- 1 dram of rum
- 2 candied fruits
- Zabaglione
