Amaretto Cream cups
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add milk and vanilla, to thicken in a double boiler, stirring constantly, without letting take a boil.
Remove from heat after 10 minutes, when the cream is thickened.
Pick up stick of vanilla, pour in the custard cups and sprinkle amaretti.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- Some of amaretti biscuits
- 1/2 stick of vanilla
