Instructions
Crushing bananas.
Add sugar, the juice of half a lemon, milk.
Place for two to three minutes in an electric Blender to get a thick cream and homogeneous.
Add the whipped cream.
Grate the chocolate, finely crush cookies, add the ground almonds, powder, mix well all the ingredients.
Fill cups alternating layers of banana cream with chocolate, sprinkled with almonds and biscuits.
Decorate with raisins is swell for a few hours in rum.
Keep in the fridge until serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 bananas
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 100 g of fresh cream
- 2 biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of powdered almonds
- 60 g of milk chocolate
- 25 g of sultanas
- 2 tablespoons of rum
