Delicious apricot cups
Instructions
Drain the apricots from the syrup saves them and fill the cavities of each with a tablespoon of peach jelly.
Using the special tool, previously wet, now two flavours of ice cream (you have bought already prepared or homemade) many balls and place them, alternating between them, into four dessert cups.
Quickly recompose your apricots (combining the two halves of each fruit) and ask, in twos, in the center of each Cup.
Garnished with wafers to ventaglietto and serve immediately.
