Whitefish with sage
Instructions
Clean and gut the fish.
Then outside and inside of the abdomen, then flour and arrange in a baking dish.
Apart from melt the butter in a pan without frying it and add the chopped Sage.
pour the whole fish flooding well.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees already warm and cook for 15-20 minutes, by spraying every 5 minutes the fish with cooking.

- 2 whitefish from 1200 g
- 100 g of butter
- Flour
- 4 leaves fresh sage
- Sea salt
