Instructions

Bone the anchovies by washing well under water because lost all the salt that surrounds.

Arrange them neatly in a bowl and cover with vinegar causing them to marinate for 2 hours.

Completely drain the vinegar and cover the anchovies with oil.

Let it sit for about an hour and serve with bread and butter curls.
