Rabbit legs with dried fruit marinade
Instructions
Cut the fruit into thin slices and let it marinate in the port.
Make a fund with the onion, Sage and parsley, sauté the floured rabbit, add port and simmer over low heat.
Next, add the fruit and finish cooking by thickening the sauce.

- 1 glass of olive oil extra virgin
- 150 g of dried figs
- 150 g of dried apricots
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bottle of porto wine
