Leg of Lamb with Mint
Instructions
In a bowl mix three tablespoons of olive oil, the lemon juice filtered to the colander and chopped mint leaves.
Let me add an hour or two the lamb chops in the marinade occasionally pinwheels.
In a saucepan heat the butter and a tablespoon of oil.
Saucepan for 2 minutes the chops on both sides.
Add salt and pepper only when cooked.
Serve hot, accompanied by peas or zucchini in butter.
The accompanying wine: Colli Euganei Rosso DOC, DOC Colli Piacentini Pinot Noir, Salice Salentino Rosato DOC.
