Baked steak
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and remove the chapels, put them aside and cook the stems in a pan with a knob of butter, a ladle of broth and a pinch of salt, moderate heat until they are tender.
Chop the onion and fry gently for 3-4 minutes in a saucepan with a knob of butter, bay leaf, thyme and ground pepper.
Squirt the sauce with red wine, keepn over high heat, then add a ladle of broth and simmer for another 5 minutes.
At this point, passed through a sieve the mixture, collecting the proceeds into a clean saucepan, add chopped mushroom stems and a knob of butter and cook for 5 minutes.
Brush steak with olive oil, sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper and cook on the grill for 10 minutes.
With the rest of the butter, grease a sheet of aluminum foil, large enough to contain both meat and mushrooms, and ask yourself in half the cost.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cover with chopped mushrooms and their cooking.
Distributed over the chapels held aside, add salt, pepper, close the bag and pass in the oven already warm for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

- 1 great sirloin steak
- 300 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 70 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of thyme and bay leaves powder
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 2 ladles of broth
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- Pepper
