Fried onion rings
Instructions
Heat oil to 170 degrees.
Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.
Carefully pull the rings, being careful not to break them.
Pour the flour on a clean paper bag and put the onion rings.
Keep the bag closed and shake well to coat the onion evenly with flour.
Remove the onion rings from the bag and scuoteteli to drop the excess flour.
When the oil is hot, dip the onion rings.
Let them cook until they are well browned and crisp.
Drain them on paper towels placed on a hot plate.
When all are done, arrange on a plate of warm service, sprinkle the pretzels lightly and bring them to the table immediately.
Serve as a side dish to a meat dish.
